DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Most building work has some form of design whether it is a renovation or a multi story apartment building. Jasta Constructions has the right team in place to either manage, assist or provide input within the design process. We often get engaged through an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) in order to reduce risks of budget blowout, constructability issues and to improves program.

DELIVERY

Jasta Constructions has a wide array of building services, delivering homes, commercial fit-outs and apartments in Sydney for the past decade. We believe all projects should be completed based on balancing of time, cost & quality. To complement the delicate balance of these principles, we breakdown the project back to basics and walk through each doorway, level and stage of construction, mitigating every risk we find and alerting the client of potential risks or design errors before we even produce a budget.

COST PLANNING

Our team of Estimators are actively involved within the project deliveries, meaning they are able to foresee potential design risks and detail them accordingly. Our estimators and are able to complete a competitive costing of your project, whilst able to suggest alternatives to save time and costing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The success of our projects is dependent on the experience and values of our staff. Each staff member wether a cadet or a project manager is subject to ongoing training to assure they are up to date in the latest technologies, construction practices and safety guidelines. This allows all our staff members to have the capacity to deliver all projects of any size.

Operational policies

The management of Jasta Constructions Pty Ltd endeavours to provide a safe place of work for all our employees and others who may be present at our various worksites. We are aware of complying with our client’s contractual requirements as well as relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practise and other requirements. We have developed an ISO certifiable system for work, health and safety management, Environmental management and quality management and are currently in the process for ISO certification.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Reduce the amount of environmental notices issued on the projects by implementing educational programs through inductions and staff training days.
Minimise impact to the community through the development of project specific traffic management plans, stakeholder consultation plans and by timely and appropriate response to complaints

WORK HEALTH and SAFETY

Develop and report against measurable objectives and targets with the aim to continually improve the company’s Work, Health and Safety performance, whilst reducing the incidence of workplace injury and illness.
Promote effective consolation and communication with our own employees, subcontractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities
Ensure that all employees of the company, subcontractors, suppliers and clients are aware that health and safety are considered a priority in all stages of a project and during the company’s business, along with the importance of complying with legal requirements
