Located adjacent to Shore Preparatory School Jasta undertook alterations and additions to this quaint early 19 th century Victorian single storey home.
The scope consisted of demolition to the rear of the home and the addition of a new combined living & dining, kitchen, bathroom, laundry ensuite, alfresco, landscaping with a two storey pavilion adjacent to the new living area.
Heritage works were undertaken to the façade with the replacement of the
verandah and the restoration to the original sandstone porch.
